Engage with ancient Jewish history through a modern lens in the city of Rome. Celebrate Roman-Jewish Kabbalat Shabbat with Roman peers. Indulge in local cuisine, history, culture, and community.   • Discover Florence and walk through the heart of Renaissance art and architecture with visits to iconic landmarks such as the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery.
  • Explore Jewish heritage at the Florence Synagogue and Jewish Museum.
  • Explore Rome by visiting the Vatican Museums and St. Peter’s Basilica. Participate in a tour of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Pantheon.
  • Discover the ancient Jewish Ghetto and the Tempio Maggiore Synagogue.
  • Celebrate Shabbat in Rome by joining local young Jews for a Roman-Jewish Kabbalat Shabbat and savor a traditional Shabbat dinner.
  • Engage in discussions about Jewish values and reflect on their relevance to the experience and personal Jewish identity.
  • This trip offers a rich tapestry of history, culture, and community, providing an immersive and educational experience that connects participants to Italy’s Jewish past and present.
